WHY THIS COURSE?


The Master in Management of International Lean and Supply chain projects (MILES), fully taught in English, has been created in 2015 and trains young managers who want to acquire specialised and in-depth skills in logistics. Thanks to the preparation and registration to 4 international certifications included in the program, students will be able to manage projects, value-creation and change in a performance-driven business or research environment. 


Supply Chain management is concerned with the global management of physical, information flows for the elaboration of products, going from raw materials and suppliers through the production and distribution system down to the final consumers. Lean management deals with the continual removal of wastes in processes, with the aim of making them more efficient and responsive, thereby increasing the firm’s competitiveness. In the globalized and complex world of today, a necessary and sufficient condition for achieving a high level of competitiveness is by training managers with multiples skills.

Program

The Master in Management of International Lean and Supply chain projects (MILES) is composed of 3 periods. It includes the preparation for 4 professional certificates (ASCM’s CPIM Part 1, PMI’s CAPM, Green Belt in Lean-6 Sigma, and DDI’s DDP).
