Programme outline

Directly accessible after a preparatory class or a Bac +2 or Bac +3 diploma, the MBS Grande Ecole Programme is a two- or three-year programme of excellence.

The tailor-made curriculum is taught in French and English. It offers a minimum of 12 months’ professional experience, international immersion and a final year with a double degree, as well as the possibility of a sandwich course from the first year.

Its recognition and close links with the business world guarantee a high level of employability in a wide range of managerial positions in all business sectors in France and abroad.

Montpellier Business School’s Grande Ecole programme leads to a Master’s degree (Bac +5), recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research after evaluation by the Commission d’Evaluation des Formations et Diplômes de Gestion (CEFDG). It is registered in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP n°36551) by France Compétences.

Grande Ecole Programme graduates are characterised by a rapid professional integration: 70% of students are recruited before graduation.

They mainly begin their career path with a permanent employment contract, with the status of manager, primarily in large companies, but there are also so many of them working in smaller companies, starting their own business, or carrying out self-employed activities.

This rapid professional integration is promoted through the completion of a significant professional experience during the training curriculum, in particular through apprenticeship.

The great diversity of professional specialisations offered by MBS multiplies the opportunities of entering the job market into diverse sectors of activities. Graduates are mainly employed in the commercial and distribution sectors, in consulting, auditing and financial activities. The agri-food and information technology sectors (industry or services) are also privileged sectors.

While the main functions held by graduates in their first job fall within the commercial realm at large, they also occupy management, marketing and purchasing functions.
