STRATEGY: MANAGING CHALLENGES AND ISSUES

Students learn how to develop an overview of key issues, gain a deeper understanding of the operational and strategic challenges related to international trade and logistics, and learn about port management and strategy as well.


LOGISTICS: RULES AND INTERNATIONAL FLOW MANAGEMENT

Business strategies related to global logistics and trade, from breaking into foreign markets to managing physical flows and information. Students learn how to integrate digitised techniques into operations management, as well as the basic concepts related to international transport and logistics, international transport law and customs operations.


MANAGEMENT: MASTERING THE PARAMETERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN

Transversal skills needed to design and pilot successful development strategies for a company or production unit in an international environment are studies. Students will manage all risk, personnel and multimodal transport, as well the operational and financial resources involved in the international supply chain.


NEGOTIATION: UNDERSTANDING INTERNATIONAL RULES AND LAWS

Students learn and practice skills in cross-cultural negotiation, international marketing and end-to-end management (from supplier to end customer), while also mastering geopolitics, international finance and international contract law in this portion of the course.
