Master of Science Corporate Finance

In a constantly evolving environment, where innovation creates disruption and financial performance drives valuation, most businesses are facing the challenge to make the appropriate investment decisions or to assess financing options. The MSc Corporate Finance programme will teach you to develop financial acumen and business insight, to engage in complex decision-making at all stages of corporate development.

KEDGE Business School’s Master of Science Corporate Finance is a double degree programme. It delivers a Master of Science accredited by the conférence des grandes écoles (CGE) and a diploma recognised by the French Ministry of Higher Education.

Programme highlights

AN INNOVATIVE EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
The Corporate Finance course offers an immersion in a very intensive working environment, combining online and blended learning, case studies, oral presentations, and group work. It also includes a conference programme for an operational vision of many corporate finance practices.

LEARNING BY DOING

>Students will have the opportunity to participate in:

 - Business games: business games are simulations that replicate real-world business scenarios, allowing students to make decisions, analyse outcomes, and learn from bothsuccesses and failures.

- Workshops on current business issues : the MSc Corporate Finance focuses on current financial issues and provide students with insights into real-world challenges faced by businesses today. For example, the M&A Rumour Simulation Game and the Crowdfunding Valuation Case immerse students in the complexities of mergers and acquisitions, valuation methods, and fundraising strategies. These workshops bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, preparing students to tackle real business problems in their future careers.

- The Holt Valuation Challenge is an opportunity for students to apply valuation techniques learned in the classroom to real-world companies. By analysing financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics, students gain hands-on experience in valuing companies, a critical skill for roles in finance, investment banking, and corporate strategy.

- The pricing of initial public offerings (IPOs) is a complex process that requires an understanding of market dynamics, investor sentiment, and financial analysis. Through activities focused on pricing next IPOs, students learn how investment bankers and financial analysts assess the value of a company prior to its public listing. This experience enhances their financial acumen and prepares them for careers in investment banking, equity research, and corporate finance.

Hands-on experiences that will expand their financial knowledge and prepare them as future managers. By actively engaging in real-world business scenarios, students develop decision-making abilities, communication skills, and leadership qualities that are essential for success in managerial roles.
