Specialized Master® Innovation, Transformation, Entrepreneurship
The KEDGE Specialized Master's in Innovation, Transformation and Entrepreneurship aims to train agile entrepreneurs, " transformative leaders " who will be able to work alternately in companies in transformation management positions or in startups that they will create.
The course of this Specialized Master explores the main components of innovation, entrepreneurship and the creation of new businesses in an experiential pedagogy: entrepreneurship challenges, conceptualization of business models, real innovation solutions in business...
Through a transdisciplinary approach, common case studies and hackathons, students are trained to integrate the major issues of our time into their thinking, in order to be able to support the paradigm shifts to come within organizations - and more broadly, in the economic world.
Highlights
“Entrepreneurs” Track: Creating a Startup
For students who choose this option, the creation of a startup is the common thread. The objective of supporting the training with the concept of "startup studio":
- from a concrete and qualified project (POC or CA), manage the creation of a startup while benefiting from personalized support from experts,
- from a start-up proposed by the promotion sponsor, participate in co-management.
“Intrapreneurs” Track: A common thread case around a company mission
The program is based on inductive teaching. This is why students work on developing a business problem throughout their studies.
- The core case is proposed by a company on strategy, strategic management, business transformation, diversification through innovation, etc.
- Students are faced with a real and complex problem where only collective intelligence will allow them to co-construct answers to resolve the case.
- The resolution is done via a transdisciplinary approach.
- Teachers lead and adapt their courses to the students' progress in their work on the core case.
A Hackathon, open innovation challenge
The hackathon takes place for a month, in April. It allows to:
- cross knowledge to innovate: mobilization of students internal and external to the program, Engineers, Managers, Designers, business executives, etc.,
- build transdisciplinary teams,
- go beyond the frame of reference and work on another problem, in connection with a different environment.
Inductive pedagogy, training as a service (TaaS)
The program offers a reverse pedagogy path:
- knowledge is delivered online (distance learning),
- know-how and interpersonal skills are validated by real experience throughout the year.
Another characteristic: the training is at the service of the red thread project (training as a service concept). Thus, to support students in their mission, learning platforms are at their disposal and allow:
- to seek the advice the student needs at any time,
- to go beyond the 12 fundamental courses of the training to meet different needs,
- to offer an inductive pedagogical approach that encourages the student to be active and to seek information.
Expert conferences
During the second year of specialization at the school, after mastering the fundamentals of management, experts from various fields of activity speak on a specific subject: digital ethics and morals, health, etc.
For example, Christophe Prior, Chief Transformation Leader at AIRBUS Helicopter, gave a conference on the impact of new technologies on leadership. Marc Géméto, Innovation Strategy Director at Thales, spoke with the students about the Agile Innovation project.
A strong network of partner companies
